Good explain madam if plot is square but plot facing west , back east ,for industrial factoey production purpose please advice can we purchase or not it will be prosperity or not purchase

Thanks for all the valuable inputs.., you simplify decision making.. but you have not said anything on vidisha plots. If you can pls guide on plot for commercial use which is vidisha plot, like if we consider a rectangular plot / square plot, one corner of the front side is East and other front corner is South, front is main road. Should one purchase the same or not ??

It is east facing .The soil here is black rocky soil since it's on the malwa plateau. The dimensions are
East -100
West -100
North -85
South -115

Mam very good information,Iwant to purchase a land nort facing corner plot east open with main gate in NE, 80 foot road in front of plot north side but there is a private hospital after 80 foot road should I purchase the land ya koi problem ho sakti hai.

Mam west facing ghar hai jisme west me 3 feet ka open area hai like a gallery from NW to SW main gate isi gallery ke centre me laga hua hai.
Ghar ke south ki length 40 feet hai including 3 feet west side gallery.
South side ke 9 pad nikalne me us gallery ke length ko include karenge ya alag rakhenge ?
Gallery ki diwaar ki height 4 feet hai. Isi ke upar first floor ka chajja nikala hua hai.

Is is okay to have the house number in two places outside the main door? One below the name on the name plate and one (just the numbers) mounted on the wall.

My property lot slop is towards south direction and it has bio retention plant that in South direction otherwise house is but in 0.5 acres lot, already health wisead at home lots of arguments we r seeing some issues please suggest some remedy though house entrance is north east and all directions are open but big slope is towards south south west wurh bio retention plant
You must consult an expert and take remedies otherwise you will continue to face the issues.

Mere East facing plot ke ramp ke border mein sewer ka dhakkan aata hai joki plot ki north east direction mein hai. क्या वास्तु के अनुसार यह चुनाव ठीक है? कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें।
You will have to share the floor plan with directions marked, and also show the Sewer that you are talking about, only then I can tell.

But according to compass its not east facing because, plot ke NE wali jagah par compass ka EAST bnra he....

If the Land is Sloping towards South and West , by Placing a Big Boulder at the South -West Corner of the plot , help in negating the Slope's negative effect . Dr. Narang Please Advise...

At the face of it is seems ok, but one should consider many other factors before taking any plot. Ideally you should take some professional help because you are going to spend a huge amount of money
Our house has west side gate , road also .
Thats ok as long as your internal construction is as per Vastu principles.
We have north facing plot . One apartment is there on east side. Is it ok ?
Not a problem. You simply have to ensure that you construct a building by following Vastu principles

What about plots facing west
If the plot is exactly 90 degrees West, even then it is good, provide you construct the building according to Vastu principles and take care of the main entrance

the plot Im going to buy has width : length 1 : 2.3 . is it bad plot ?
long axis goes north to south, facing north. no other roads.
You can consider the plot, but make sure it is a perfect rectangle
