Im sorry for the length of the video but there was many NPC types for me to cover. This is a list of really annoying npc types that I have ran across playing this game for so many years. Tell me guys is there any others that I missed?

It is scripted in the missions of Import Export for traffic to try and intentionally make you crash. Even when not doing import export, this script is still in effect a little bit, but gets increased when you do Import Export. What's even more sad is that GTA would be less demanding if Rockstar didn't waste CPU resources by making the game always try to calculate the exact moment a truck is supposed to jump in front of you to make you crash.

honorable mention: tequi-la-la npc for the cocaine restock mission. 8vs1 ganging on the player with bottles and sticks while the player is not even allowed anything beside bare fists
I hate this mission too but stock up on snacks before you start the mission, open interaction menu when you walk in, and you can eat snacks without the animation while fighting. I use that technique and can do the mission by myself every time. I do still wish, however, that they'd let you use melee weapons

They have been running over me for a while now, so annoying because a lot of times I'm on the God damn sidewalk, basically if they hear a gun shot in the distance they go full charge against you no matter where you are
@@AkayCat bro even with my oppressor mk2 they somehow have like magic aim, after I kill a Target in headhunter the remaining NPCs somehow shoot and do damage to me after I fly away from the area
BerryBush but then that means they would be on you the moment they see you, no matter how much you lose them. But the game doesn’t do that. It takes a few seconds for this to trigger.
I was in a full 30 man lobby and I was exporting a car and a helicopter and car came after me. Also the fact that you steal some of the fastest cars in the game and they catch up to you in a normal car is just so incredably annoying.
They don’t even scale up the quality of their cars to compensate for the player having a fast car. They just have their normal, average vehicles and are going Mach 5 anyways. Or they’ll just pepper you with their automatics in the off-chance you do get away, adding a buck load of extra property damage to the import
That happens to me all the time. I was driving a pretty fast cars and i had a wanted level and the cops catch-up. So i tested it with my friend. My friend in my cars and me in the police cars. I cannot catch up to him
SoraFan23 Ai were fine in RDO until the most recent update, now they will draw their gun on you if you pass by them and god forbid you crash into them, as the will instantly jump up and one shot you or your horse
It's because the AI is weak; it's either set very easy or extremely hard. There is no fine tuning somewhere around the middle. AI won't get much better until we get the next gen of consoles. With better hardware R* can do a better job at fine tuning the AI

I hate when u are driving next to a npc (whilst doing a import export mission) and then the npc makes a stupid ass turn into the side of your top range trying to push you of the road.
You could've included shotgun NPCs either. They are mostly OP due to the damage shotgun makes, they are also accurate and they become way stronger if they have an assault shotgun.
On the mission "Life and Deathbikes" the guy with the welder mask has an auto shotgun, and since there's no cover once you exit that elevator, he just guns you down instantly He also has more health than a normal NPC

Like, I get the clones, since they are genetically modified to withstand more bullets than humans, but those bodyguards? How? You have a bulletproof vest on, but still withstand 3-4 headshots?

I dont think they will remove business raids, but I know how to improve them. Have the security actually fight during the raid, where you arrive to the scene in the middle of the raid instead of the aftermath.

And for the NPC drivers, they tend to purposefully crash into you even more when gunshots are fired. So during import export missions, it can be so damn annoying when the AI BLATANTLY drives into you.
Earlier I was driving my oppressor away from a mkII griefer, this random npc, hes on the third lane to the left, decides to turn right, hits me and kills me, and the griefer destroys my product. Npc’s are so stupid in the game.

On the note of import/export enemies, on top of respawning a bunch, having good accuracy etc. they also respawn in literally seconds. Like you get the two cars chasing you off, kill them. You often won’t make it more than 70 feet before more spawn, sometimes in front, sometimes in back.
Story time: one time I got afk in my car like 5 minutes when I came back I saw I have 2 star wanted level I made a video clip to see what happened and you know what happened? a cop car smashed into MY car and because of that I got a wanted level
fiddles You can complete that mission by landing the Cargobob on a nearby island and snipe the NPCs. Then you can hook onto the car in peace. Buzzards will spawn after you hook onto the car, and there is little to do about them if playing solo, but they won`t do any more damage than gangsters would do in most other sourcing missions.
I once tried to go get high mental level by going Solo session and driving in a Kuruma to drive over as many NPCs as I could and got 4 stars after literally 6 minutes But if I shoot 11 cops it's 4 stars.
it seems like when they are somewhat in danger they decied to do everything in their power to get into the cross fire "oh this dude is right next to me and getting shot from behind? better slam into him"
I just started playing and I’m rank 25 and pissed because the import export missions are horrible. I have a few tips: 1. For standard range the npcs respawn twice For mid it’s 3 times For top range the npcs respawn 4 times when you source a vehicle. 2. Get out of your vehicle and park it far away from the gunfight 3. Kill the heli with a homing the snipe or AR the ground ones 4 times For Export: 1. For the top range specialist dealer, npcs respawn twice. 2. Park the vehicle away from gunfight because they will randomly crash into the car JUST TO DAMAGE IT 3. After you kill them you’re free of everything
11:30 I can explain this, to prevent crashes R* made the NPC’s switch lanes whenever you went into their lane so they would basically just go around you, so when you were in the truck you barely touch the lane and the NPC thought that you were gonna drive into his lane and hit him so he tried going around.
The enemies that come after you in the SuperVolito helicopters (in certain sourcing missions) are the worst. They're already in one of the fastest helicopters in the game, plus the enemies have their ridiculous accuracy. Those conditions combined with the regular civilian drivers who panic after just 1 gunshot is fired, those types of import export enemies are easily the worst even if you pull over and deal with them directly.
@Shadow Hedgehog If Rockstar changed those helicopters, then I would resort to doing the Act 2 heist glitch lmao. I used to grind this game a lot but whenever I need money now, I just do the Act 2 glitch with someone and check to see if my businesses need sold. Grinding this game for me made me realize that I didn't have time to play the missions I wanted to play and actually have fun.

I was doing vehicle cargo for one of my friends, and out of nowhere on this Cliff a truck comes out of nowhere on the wrong side of the road and ran right over my car... My friend wasnt very impressed

If you buy security for your business, friendly AIs should at least spawn in the mission area whenever you're getting raided so that the missions are easier and less stressful for you.

I used to camp just by the door, shoot the doors open then unload the grenade launcher into the room! Takes almost all of them out
I was once lucky enough to beat their asses in one try which was pretty lucky for me

You could've included shotgun NPCs either. They are mostly OP due to the damage shotgun makes, they are also accurate and they become way stronger if they have an assault shotgun.
On the mission "Life and Deathbikes" the guy with the welder mask has an auto shotgun, and since there's no cover once you exit that elevator, he just guns you down instantly
He also has more health than a normal NPC

And for the NPC drivers, they tend to purposefully crash into you even more when gunshots are fired. So during import export missions, it can be so damn annoying when the AI BLATANTLY drives into you.

Earlier I was driving my oppressor away from a mkII griefer, this random npc, hes on the third lane to the left, decides to turn right, hits me and kills me, and the griefer destroys my product. Npc’s are so stupid in the game.
I was doing vehicle cargo and then like 3 npcs just went across 4 lanes to ram into me and slow my down so the car got destroyed
Rockstar has coded them to drive infront of you if youre being chased by the police or doing some missions

On the note of import/export enemies, on top of respawning a bunch, having good accuracy etc. they also respawn in literally seconds. Like you get the two cars chasing you off, kill them. You often won’t make it more than 70 feet before more spawn, sometimes in front, sometimes in back.

fiddles You can complete that mission by landing the Cargobob on a nearby island and snipe the NPCs. Then you can hook onto the car in peace. Buzzards will spawn after you hook onto the car, and there is little to do about them if playing solo, but they won`t do any more damage than gangsters would do in most other sourcing missions.

I just started playing and I’m rank 25 and pissed because the import export missions are horrible.
I have a few tips:
1. For standard range the npcs respawn twice
For mid it’s 3 times
For top range the npcs respawn 4 times when you source a vehicle.
2. Get out of your vehicle and park it far away from the gunfight
3. Kill the heli with a homing the snipe or AR the ground ones 4 times
For Export:
1. For the top range specialist dealer, npcs respawn twice.
2. Park the vehicle away from gunfight because they will randomly crash into the car JUST TO DAMAGE IT
3. After you kill them you’re free of everything

I can explain this, to prevent crashes R* made the NPC’s switch lanes whenever you went into their lane so they would basically just go around you, so when you were in the truck you barely touch the lane and the NPC thought that you were gonna drive into his lane and hit him so he tried going around.

The enemies that come after you in the SuperVolito helicopters (in certain sourcing missions) are the worst. They're already in one of the fastest helicopters in the game, plus the enemies have their ridiculous accuracy. Those conditions combined with the regular civilian drivers who panic after just 1 gunshot is fired, those types of import export enemies are easily the worst even if you pull over and deal with them directly.

I used to grind this game a lot but whenever I need money now, I just do the Act 2 glitch with someone and check to see if my businesses need sold. Grinding this game for me made me realize that I didn't have time to play the missions I wanted to play and actually have fun.
