    I always enjoy you trips to Stu's place and seeing what he is up to. That is a different way of life up there for sure. Stu can ride the heck out of a snowmobile! Hope you and Stu and having a good winter. See you later Sam! You know I'M subd to the channel!

      Thanks!! Me too. It's a very unique setting! Indeed, Stu absolutely rips on vehicles/in general, and he's progressed a lot on snowmobile in recent years. I can't even turn around on a flat trail, as you may have seen. They're quite tricky!! I can ride dirtbikes though, I just choose not to. Haha!! Thanks for watching!!

    @3:47 Love the short-sleeve T-shirt while Hucking it on the sled. Making it look easy. - Oh yeah was there a time when you did not ask the owner to dig out the corner?

      Had to cool down the machine. Those sleds aren't made for riding on trails need snow on the tunnel to keep the sled cool.

    How was the snow this year? We hardly had anything this year in northernish Ontario. Supposed to be +15C monday!

      It was good! Average amount of snow, after a slow start. Yeah I heard "back east" was super dry this year. Thanks a bunch for watching!!

    Sam! Take that sled out into the powder. You're gonna over weight it. Bury that thing! Don't be a wuss!!!....lol. Thanks for the videos and the chance to critique you. Keep it up! Off trail and on and keep filming! Day into night! THANKS STU!!

    Love the video and content but I have no idea what the issue with the snowmobile was. Can you clue us in?

    • @samlovescars34
      @samlovescars34  9 месяцев назад +1

      Hey thanks!! The sled was flooded from having the fuel petcock left on, due to some carb issue/being super old. They can be tricky to start when they're not happy, so it's great to have the owner right there to do it. Thanks for watching!!!

    • @samlovescars34
      @samlovescars34  9 месяцев назад +1

      Oh wait, if you're referring to the other snowmobile, it overheats if ridden on a groomed trail only, so Stu had to cool if off in the snow for me.

    You have to be very careful with that little trick at the very beginning when the throttle is tied on the snowmobile to start it. A friend of mine lost his once when it took off before he got it untied and it went right across the lake and smashed into some trees at very high speed. That was the end of it.

    • @samlovescars34
      @samlovescars34  7 месяцев назад

      Wow, yeah that's crazy to think about.. Quite a story, thank you for sharing that! That is definitely a real possibility with this technique... I guess it's only safe if the tie thing was tethered to one's body, but that might be even worse, haha. Thanks a ton for watching and leaving this great comment!!
