Bill, I have a huge favor to ask regarding the Z H2. I swapped out my levers for Pro-brake levers and in the process broke my clutch side kill switch which in turn completely disables my cruise control. The two 3mm philips head screws that have to come off the kill switch to get to the cruise switch are loctited like every other freaking bolt on this bike. Could you please take a look and see if/how to get these out without stripping them or having to drill them out?

I haven't had to take that apart yet so not something I'm super familiar with on this bike just yet. I have found that damn near every single bolt is a lot tighted quite a bit. My best suggestion would be use a brand new 3 mm Allen and turn it very slowly while tapping on the back of the wrench or socket that you're using with the butt end of a screwdriver. I found that this trick works really good for getting stubborn bolts out.

@@BLRTUNING They are soft aluminum phillips head screws. :-( But thanks for the tip! I was also thinking maybe holding a hot soldering iron against the screw for 5-10 minutes and see if it heats up enough to soften the thread locker

We are anECU flash tuning company and we also carry Dynojet products. We have done all the d restriction stuff in the ECU as well as any additional tuning in the AC that the power commander can't do. Then we are using the power commander to control the fuel map. The wide band is installed so that way we can monitor the AFR with an AFR gauge installed on the dash. Thank you for subscribing to the RUclips channel. Feel free to reach out to us if you'd like to make some horsepower
