Hi question, have you came across white smoke coming from exhaust when idling at a stop. Been trying figure out issue. Having to add qrt of oil every 2wks please help. Thank you
White smoke can be a bit confusing. White smoke at auto could just mean you could be burning oil, but there could be at like a blue tinge to. White smoke could also reference coolant in the combustion chamber. If you’re able to, I would get the vehicle checked for head gasket and compression. Also, it could mean nothing sometimes during code starts and it idle you’ll get white smoke especially when it’s colder outside. Well, what you would think is white smoke, but it may not actually be white
My 2003 Santa Fe has been sitting unused for around 4 years. I want to get it going again so i figured i need to drain the old petrol and replace with fresh. Is this the only way into the tank ? I cant see any drain bolts on the underside..
Ya you can drop the tank and poor the old gas out the blow the gas from the lines after unhooking The line from the fuel rail. Just make sure you get all the old gas out before you run us and don’t forget to change your oil and probably the coolant too.

I have a Santa fe 2002 and it has v6 and it's engine has failed and this engine is not available in Pakistan so can you tell me the engine and gear and of which company I can put in my car please give me a advise.
Not sure if your country allows it but you could look at eBay motors and possibly buy an engine from the United States they are more available here other than that I’m not sure what options would be available for your area
Been a few years but do you know where the fuel filter is located lol, I couldn't find it in my 05 santa fe and I wanna go ahead and change both the pump and filter

Is the fuel pump and filter in the same place
I believe it’s part of the pump system
