Facts
Marvel movies/series aren't completely ignoring established histories anymore, and that's a good thing.
They never had to follow them directly, but the creative mixing of those stories into new movies is liked by fans like myself, and those new to them.
A good example is the last spider-man movie which continues from the previous films, but introduced the sinister six, spiderverse, etc, to folks that never read those stories.
I mean this video is a few years late so...
This issue of Moon Knight is absolutely amazing. The ending to this comic is so well thought out in that Marc's internal battle with Khonshu can finally be put to rest. Such a unique Comic Book character.
Everyone has their own "Khonshu" they need to conquer or defeat in order to better themselves.
4:28 this is one of the best frame I've ever seen in a comic. Ever. The high amount of detail to Khonsu, contrasted with the simpler look of kid Marc Spector, and the imposing presence.
This is gonna be the first half of episode 5. Except instead of killing Khonshu, Marc, Steven, and Jake will work together to free him.
I have been citing this series as the foundation for the show, just remixed. This video should settle any doubts people have. Its different enough to surprise us but not so different that we cant tell its the same story.

I got a severe anxiety disorder and my subconscious constantly reminds me of the what memories. I have to keep my mind occupied to keep out the bad thoughts.
Moonknight takes out the disorder from dissociative identity, making himself better than average people and I love that
aye, many things we call 'disorders' were not a mere generation ago. many behaviour-hats (if u like) change per state and region! USA likely operates (as) a complete disorder mentally, sirtiually to say, Saudi Arabia. Even vs a similar country model like UK. Perhaps countries r excellent analogies for an abstract human MIND (which has no actual form)...

Just a correction Rob, the one wearing the Moon Knight suit is Jake Lockey and the guy in the space suit is Moon Knight One he's kind of a new personality that only appears in this run he fights werewolves in the moon.

Psychiatrist is the one that is a medical doctor and able to prescribe medication.
Someone can get a doctorate in psychology. Can have the title of doctor but that is no different then getting a doctorate in Engineering or anything else. Doesn't let u prescribe meds. But that would be kinda fun. Anyone with a PHD in any field could give out meds.

This and the end of episode 4 of Moon Knight are giving me wicked Legion vibes from the TV series. Maybe we could get some Pop Culture Explained about it? Since X-Men are eventually folding into the MCU we might eventually see Legion again, right? Imagine Legion vs Scarlet Witch and the insane reality bending fight they could have.

I haven't read any of Mopon-Knight comics but i want to because i feel like this character is cool as hell. Still like the idea of the cult and other hands of Moon-Knight f'in with him so he doesn't know weather he is crazy or if its them and or Konshu and they need to find a way to keep that - maybe with a new personality!!! I guess that's out the question now?! I don't like how he told his mom it's one of his other personalityies with no explination. I would have had him say their is litterly there is a wall between all perosonalities that leaves some thoughts in tact, some fuzzy, and others totally forgotten - and in this he doesn't know if it is himself or Konshu, who he my describe to his mother a god is speaking to him (i think that would be cool as hell).... Maybe something like that is stated but i think that would make ti make so much more sense.... I would also make it once a personality has been well established "more than one of his personalities can take physcally shape at the same time - not just in his mind" and so when they meet up with each other they can pass information that his other personality won't know.. - - - "or is that already what is happening" - i don't know these things may be shown in the comics and the show - LIKE I SAID I WANT 2 READ THIS CHARACTER HE SEAMS SO AMAZING!!

Living with D.I.D. as a cohesive unit in order to function in "normal" society is difficult, but doable.
It takes cooperation and at times lots of help from friends and family.
It can be exhausting, confusing....scary at times.
But it's doable.
You are correct about mental health and the US military. My wife had a breakdown and was retired due to how badly she broke.
Sound mind and healthy body equals a healthy soul/warrior.
FINALLY
look it does not have to be as severe as multiple personalities but you can use your neurosis as a tool in the appropriate moments. allowing or rather accepting the ever-flowing states of mind is the first step to center it all.

Technically batman is his own personality. It's been established more than once that Bruce Wayne is always keeping the Batman personality in check and that if the Bruce Wayne aspect were to ever vanish, batman would go completely off the rails.
Moral of the Story:Everybody has their own darkness/madness/dysfunctionality/toxicity/narcissism/issues,become aware of you and free yourself however you can then you will become normal again i.e alive.Remember,one truth is covered by many layers of lies that you must uncovered tactfully.
