    Talking about 2nd Myth, I always felt drowsy or nauseous and little out of breath post high intensity training, especially on leg days.. I always avoided taking meals or protein loading in "30 minutes window" and fact is, I never experienced loss of muscle mass ever.. Thing is, more and more blood is still in my lower body and if I put any nutrient in my belly for digestion it would eventually results in Indigestion since digestion process require adequate amount of blood back to digestive systems. So I completely agree to 2nd myth buster.

    And cholesterol build up not only depends upon the food but also on cardio u do ...and many factors ...
    And it’s recommended that if we take the protein and amino acid through diet or shake will start recovering or at least replenish the nutrients so there is a lot of space for other meals and anabolic window will have more calories to be put in that hour ....RESEARCHES WILL COME AND GO as paid companies will do what they want us to listen by far ....

    Ive been lifting for about 2.5-3 years.Initially used to throw away the egg yolk.Then i started eating them as well,been eating 3/5 whole eggs everyday for the last 1 year..Im perfectly fine.

    In pune cost of 1 egg is around 3 rupees 3 yrs back but many gym idiots including me waste their half money on yolk by throwing it in garbage,and now the cost of 1 egg is 6 rupees,but now i started eating whole eggs since 2 yrs,but still many people r contributing towards increasing egg price🤒🤕
