I always avoided taking meals or protein loading in "30 minutes window" and fact is, I never experienced loss of muscle mass ever.. Thing is, more and more blood is still in my lower body and if I put any nutrient in my belly for digestion it would eventually results in Indigestion since digestion process require adequate amount of blood back to digestive systems.
