USP 800 Cleanroom Design Discussion: The Airflow Design Goal for USP 797 and 800 Compounding Rooms

#USP797 states that HEPA filtered air must be introduced from the ceiling, which is also applicable to #USP800 for #cleanroom design. Proper dilution of #HEPA filtered air should be proven with a smoke study. Using low wall exhaust grilles placed 10" to 12" above finished floor creates a path for air to follow, sweeping the room. This video shows a picture example and explanation of good #labdesign theory.
