Lastly made ml lead good in the ending ...what dam ending ... But I cried during watching this story ... She deserved second chance by marrying second lead or staying single or achievement in life... The little girl playing Nian Nian actually made me cry. The letters FL had written to her husband... wow how sad. If that little girl continues to act, she has a bright future ahead.
I liked it. Yes, it does have plot holes. One in particular is large enough for a dozen elephants to rampage through. BUT this is better than many similar stories. The character arc done for the ML is more thoughtful than the others. At the end, I felt that he was as much a victim of the villain's machinations as anyone else was. He always loved the FL and was tormented by the thought that she was the culprit behind the fire and sister's death. He and his mother were lied to and plotted against by the Green Tea on all sides. As long as she was in the picture, it would be chaos. At least he and his mother took responsibility for their own mistakes. The stabbing wasn't what changed the FL's mind, it was his mother telling her why he sent her to the psychiatric facility and the letter he wrote.

This ML should have been forced to watch the FL marry Mr Ji and Nian Nian call him daddy. That would have been the best ending. Sure, let him marry that side chick. A fake daughter, a fake loving wife, with a fake man with a fake heart/brain. A complete fake family. His karma should have been an outsider looking in at a healing family. In reality, the FL would have ended up giving up and hating the ML and moved on to the 2nd ML with her daughter and that baby girl getting tons of therapy. The ML didn't investigate anything and believed outsiders. Even his mom mom is vile. I'd stay away from them.
