Before going into labour, FL literally told him not to cry lol 😂🤣 for me, this was the best version of this drama script, completely different from the others. Seeing ML willing to accept the baby despite knowing the baby is not his (which it actually was) was very touching. 🥰
This is an amazing drama! No abuse, great acting, very well written. Not only did he always protect her but also the baby. Him being so sensitive about the baby is hilarious! Him passing out at the hospital is epic 🤣
One of the few Chinese short dramas that no one was drugged & raped in the first few minutes of the show as they mostly start that way. Though that evil woman did try drugging him, her attempt to get pregnant thankfully failed.
I just don't understand how can ingesting male sperm can make a female pregnant. The sperm go into the digesting tract and passed out with the faeces . The spermscare vety tiny. Female reproductive organ is totally different. It's not logic at all. The writers should know a bit of human anatomy and physology
*Being used to seeing them more in negative roles and now seeing them as protagonists I truly believe that as actors they are very talented and have a wonderful chemistry here,so RECOMMEND even though there are many versions of this👍*
I enjoyed this version the most and I've seen a few of them. This one, they actually talk like real humans, discussing about the baby and about being a single mother. The ML was sympathetic and funny, only showing his CEO side to the Bad Woman. The FL grew a pair as their relationship blossomed and actually protected the ML like a boss LOL. Of course, she became prettier and prettier too, LOL.
This is one of the best interpretations of this story that I've seen ... stays light throughout without the heavier themes overwhelming it, and the lead CP overcome obstacles by communicating with each other and looking out for each other. Unlike many dramas, it's obvious that they like each other as well as love each other, and that does a lot to make the story enjoyable. The actors are solid, and production values are quite decent. Recommended.
For some reason, the comment function was not working for me so I’m resorting to leaving a reply. The people who titled this need a vocabulary lesson. “Ingesting” means to eat something by mouth. If she swallowed the sperm it would have no path to get to her reproductive tract!! The word here would be “inseminated”. I guess you could inseminate yourself, but normally it would be done by a doctor. I wish I could proofread these things for them and save a lot of confusion.

They gradually fall in love. This was sweet and funny and briefly sad but mostly a sweet story. I especially loved ML when finding out the situation (don't wanna give too much away) 😊 This one was definitely saved on my short C-drama playlist ❤❤❤

A very pleasant, stress free watch. Unfortunately the poor quality English subs let it down, most being wildly inaccurate. But you can still follow the story if you concentrate. The ML is a real 'green flag' sweetie with every good quality; loving, faithful, protective, sensitive etc and the FL, despite her hardships, is positive and cute and doesn't allow herself to be bullied. The very strong performer in this one is the half-sister. Her performance dominates all her scenes so great job from her! You'll enjoy this one.

For the first time, I actually am convinced w this actress being the FL instead of villains. Someone really need to do better w her hairstyling tho. I think her hairstyle needs more volume. It makes her face look sharper. She looks softer with the fluffier bangs and her hair up with pinkish make up instead of dark eyes and dark red lips. It fits the innocent FL image better. This story is so good bc everyone is so logical (aside from the villain) lol like this is what normal reasonable act when they love someone. Well done! ❤ The FL and ML aren't idiots and the actors were great. The mum was a reasonable person and they actually had the ML care about the FL regardless of her being illegitimate and pregnant with someone else's kid. It also didn't take them till the end to get together and when he got emotional about the baby, that was very sweet.

I love, love this drama!! ❤️❤️It’s what I call a ‘feel good’ drama. It had comedy, love and the male lead acting skills were on point. I enjoyed his emotional side a lot. The faint for me was not only hilarious but so true. I know of two husbands who wanted to see the birthing of their child and fainted during the process. 😂😂
