Yes it is a part of grasshopper 6. Its a part of spline, you can find it under curve components.

@@architutors Thanks. Unfortunately, I can't use Rhino and Grasshopper 6 because Rhinocam would ask ridiculous amount of money for upgrade. Switching to Fusion 360. May be I'll upgrade later.
