Great tips and nice shots there Jeff. Got to say, Canada's winters are on another level than here in Australia. I lived in Canberra for near 14 years (Australia's capital city) and that's the coldest major city in Australia. I use to bemoan the winters there, and the coldest it would get would be about minus 7 celsius. I asked a Canadian working in the local Coles how he handles the cold here, and he said when I go home to Canada I get off the plane in minus 40! Lol oh man, I couldn't handle that cold weather. I should get out to the snowy mountains which is the only place we get snow to get some aerial shots. Your shots are inspiring.

Thanks Steve. Australia gets really hot so that's kind of the same thing in reverse. The extreme temperatures are hard to handle whether you are in a hot weather or cold weather country. Hawaii is 28-30 all year around. That's where I need to live... ha ha..

These are good tips for cold environments. No use to me, but interesting all the same! Down here, we have endured weeks of hot weather. There is a bit of a reprieve today (only forecast to be 30), but next Wednesday and Thursday, the forecast is for 40 degrees on both days! Then, hopefully, it will start to settle down (but no snow!). I enjoy watching your clips over snow-covered urban areas. The snow adds a great dimension to drone footage. It looks like you have upgraded your drone. Recently, I upgraded from an Air 2s to a Mavic 3 Pro. It's a great drone, but I'm still getting used to managing cameras. Are you happy with the Mini4 Pro? I'm sure you are, as your footage is excellent. Keep warm!

Hi Alistair. I am using the Mini4 Pro right now. Footage is great. Australia is like a mirror for Canada. You have 40 and we have -40.. Both temperatures can be hard to handle for sure. Hope you are having fun with the Mavic 3 Pro. The rules for Mavic sized drones in Canada are much more strict, but eventually I would like to get where you are with your flying.

Jeff I am not yet in air but I love your footage and I believe this video help many drone users /jealous man at east coast :) / keep well

Thanks Miro. You have to use some of that Motion Array money to get yourself a drone! I think rules in the USA are more challenging for commercial drones however.
