“The shaky sensation because you feel like you are being judged, the sweaty feel because you’ll feel like someone will call you out for the smallest thing, the awkwardness feel of a non-existent guilt, this is anxiety” I had severe anxiety back then, I hated going out but now I feel so free because I started doing more outdoor actives and started becoming more active and started doing social actives. I still have anxiety but it depends on the situation. Everybody has anxiety at the end of the day and we should consider that fact.
@@KayGua absolutely agree. The severity to which each person must deal with it and overcome it differs in everyone. But the fact of the matter is it exists in every one of us. We are all in this journey together
I can relate to this, whenever I want to watch a new movie or anime, play a new game franchise I get this feeling that "I'm not ready yet" or maybe "It's not the right moment", and this happens with other projects in life too. I hope you get better.
@BrR249 You definitely struggle with anxiety then too. If you haven't already then seek out some professional help. We're in this journey together friend.
Honestly bro I feel that, I’ve decided to give myself one more year to change things and if I’m not in the place I want to be I’m gonna take my own life
@maxladue993 all goals take time. I said the same thing to myself before I began therapy. I didn't think I would see a day past 19. There are people out there who love you, my friend. Please don't resort to something so drastic. Get the help you deserve. See a therapist. Go to church if you must. You're a beautiful soul. Stay on this earth. For you and me.
Certainly true. You have to coexist with anxiety to some extent. While I'm still afflicted with it, these days I'm doing my best to endure in spite of it.
You're good, bro. Having a fear to do new things or work on uploading videos to the channel, doesn't warrant an apology. Shit happens and, in my opinion, working on doing things that make you overly anxious more will help you get to a point to where you can not necessarily ignore or overcome the anxiety outright, because you can't really do that, but you can get to a point where you can have the anxiety, but not be paralyzed from it. I would also recommend you take small steps in doing this. Like do it once a month, then once every two weeks, then once a week, then every other day, then every day (if you get to that point). But don't rush yourself. Things like this take time, so take the time to build yourself up. It can be very challenging, but it can be done. But that's just my recommendation, and I acknowledge that this might not work for you because everyone is different, but if it does work, awesome. More power to you. Hope you take care, looking forward to what you put out next.
@journeyman_otb3983 thanks for the advice as always. I didn't want to get into it in the video, but since it is relevant here, I'll bring up that I am medicated for this issue now, and so far it's been working out really well. I started watching Dragon Ball Z Kai and am already 25 episodes in. Editing this video over the last two days wasn't a challenge at all. I was even able to take the dog for a walk this morning and get myself breakfast, and edit this, all on schedule before going to work. It definitely took setting some more realistic goals for myself, working on small projects, and being happy with the outcome no matter what. I got to a point editing this where I knew, even though there were some hiccups, I could move past them and just put the video out anyways because it was good enough already. The past year has been challenging, but I believe I'm on track to be doing a lot better by the end of it.
@@dudeitsdec Hey, there ya go. I'm glad you're doing better now. I have not watched DBZ for YEARS, but I remember growing up with it a little bit as a small kid. Hope you're enjoying it
@journeyman_otb3983 I'm enjoying it a lot. So much so that I bought a DVD boxset of the Saiyan saga. Not just any version though, I bought the original Pioneer/ Ocean dub that aired in syndication on Cartoon Network/ Toonami in the 90s.

Best advice is to is let the anxiety burn, accept it and move on. fighting anxiety will make it worse. once you let anxiety "be" it will go away.
