I would like the magnet impeller / agitator please

That is seriously cool. It's like KegLand's RAPT on steroids.
And Ivan seems so freaking cool. Like a super passionate and knowledge engineer solving his own problems.
Along with Spike, I'm going to have to put Brewtools on the list of dream brewery gear for the future.

I built an automated fermentation control system not too dissimilar to this in 2021 (with BruControl as its central system and ESP2 for data collection and element management) and have been refining it since. Brewfather triggers the start of fermentation in it, and can access the data anywhere via my phone, change temp or pressure settings, and toggle cold crash. I'm now working on an Android app to make it more visual when not by my computer.
What intrigues me the most here is the tuning fork-based density sensor application. I use Tilt data to trigger fermentation steps, but we know those can be problematic if a lot of gunk gets on them or if the fermentation is vigorous (I average out the Tilt readings for stability). I have an EasyDens for accuracy though-the Tilts are there for progress monitoring and seeing stability.
I've been interested in alternative density meters, and I'm curious how they apply the tuning fork approach for brewing (and at what price point).

Wow! Call it the 2050. Because it's 25 years ahead of its time. How cool.

Brew tools makes some beautiful stuff, but it’s really only for the wealthiest brewers who really likes tech.

So microbreweries would use this for like a very seasonal thing? Or a few kegs a week?

They will be scaling this system up to work with their largest professional tanks! They are currently demonstrating it on their smaller tanks where the system will be debuted.

600 for a system like that is actually insanely cheap!
