I was thinking the exact same thing. Horrible in Batman and Robin, but this time I thought he was good as Bruce. I'm glad they had him in this because as you said, I felt redemption for him. It made me laugh but I was satisfied. Though this movie was a good conclusion for Keaton's version on film, since they decided not to have him be the main Batman going forward like the original ending, I'm glad they chose Clooney instead just because he was good in those few minutes. Even though I don't follow recent DC comics aside from Batman 89 for example, I like how Keaton's characters still exists and made him part of the main DC comics continuity.
Bigger question: why in that universe did Gotham courthouse and it's surroundings look like St Pauls Cathedral in london? When I saw the location I thought I know that place...
It's what they were banking on since the actor playing the flash went on a self destruction tour the last few years but I don't think they will break even financially. They need around 450 million to break even.
Michael Keaton was the best part but Henry Cavill and Christian Bale should have been in there... Or at least a cameo or something. The homage to the original Superman's were great 👍🏾 and I remember Nick Cage being offered the role and the script with the spider.

The one I was surprised we didn't see was that General who was really Martian Manhunter. It would surely have been him in command of forces at the first encounter with Zod in the desert? But then the film still worked fine without explaining his absence.
Yes I definitely called quite a few... Seems to have bad CGI. The initial scene with the babies and thereafter when you first see Super Woman, and quite a few scenes with Ezra.
I saw the movie and it was entertaining although the ending with Clooney He showed that something always changed. The plot of the film caused me a bit of sadness because a few months ago my mother passed away, I understand Flash. Although you always have to see a reason for the departure from this world.

I give the movie a 5/10. Mainly because of Keaton. Mojo forgot a few to this list. 1. Kryptonians and how the sun affects them. Zod took forever to gain power and learn to fly. But Kara was flying and fighting like Supes in 2 min. 2. DC has to stop letting Kryptonians act like they were meant to be super people that can fly. They were regular people that lucked into how our sun affects their dna. 3. Did Iris gain Lois's power of teleportation and overrusage? 4. Where did they get Kara's suit? 5. Is the directors excuse for bad cgi an acceptable one?

Would have been nice if they addressed Selina's fate at the end of "Batman Returns." They just never reunited after the events of that movie? Did she die? I feel like the movie didn't fully deliver on Barry's story or the fan service.

There’s a few problems the flash movie created. The George Clooney movies were not outside of the same timeline as Michael Keaton‘s. They were created to be one in the same, just with different actors. My second issue is with CGI Christopher Reeve‘s superman; it was terrible. They should’ve had Brandon Routh reprise the role he played so well.
In exactly 10 years from now, Superman becomes public domain. DC better milk every last cent out of him while they are still the only ones who can. Because in ten years, everybody and his half brother will be able to make movies, tv shows, comic books, lunch boxes, tea sets, whatever, with Superman. Of course DC will also be able to still do Superman, and what DC does with Superman after that point will probably be considered more legit than the others, but many bastardized versions will exist, and it will be weird.

When Zack Snyder made bvs he didn't plan for the flash nor had any input in it. It was supposed to be wrapped up and answered in the now cancelled justice league 1 and 2 when darksied kills Lois and superman turns evil
I just want to put this out there (spoilers btw) there is a point where Henry says Run Barry Run in the flash back scene. Although Grant Gustin did not get a physical cameo, I'm VERY glad they at least got a solid but subtle nod to his Flash as Run Barry Run is one of the most iconic lines from the show.
That pissed me off most about the film. Dude didn’t even bother to find out who it was just tried to save her got dash to another universe and said hey let me see my mummy sir! I liked the film but the cgi and the last 15 minutes was a real let down.

I’m still on the fence about James Gunn adding video games to his Universe. It’s just a personal thing we me. I’m just not much of a gamer. I also love Star Wars and have seen every movie, live action series and some of the cartoons but have never played any of the games like Jedi: Fallen Order or Survivor. Honestly much like Star Wars I would probably not care but while we are in early stages I feel like skipping a game may make me miss something vitally important for a future film or series like if a game character showed up and people may cheer knowing who that character is and I wouldn’t know anything.

Still can’t believe we got another faceless Superman cameo than Henry Cavill. Also how did Clooney appear but not Bale? And apparently Lynda Carter was supposed to cameo too. Either way going forward it’s best the entire Justice League gets recast, especially Gal and Ezra.

I think Batfleck not telling Barry that he did made a change is a good thing as one, it is in keeping with Batman's character of secrets. But more importantly, he probably knows it will encourage Barry to time travel more

If Zack's daughter didn't die, we probably would have seen JL 2 and 3. In my opinion, I think after WB DC execs saw josstice league, Shazam, Shazam 2, black Adam, birds of prey and ww84, that's when they decided to take the DCEU off of life support. I can only imagine what kinds of infinity war and endgame moments we missed out on because they usually save the best for last.

All from behind, into so much mash potatoes or omelets or scrambled eggs, what's your pleasure? I definitely saw younger Barry, killing faora ul with the kryptonian blade, into her heart. So the flashes didn't need kryptonite, since any regular kryptonian weapons demonstrated that those weapons could kill kryptonians pretty easily.

In my opinion, I think after WB DC execs saw josstice league, Shazam, Shazam 2, black Adam, birds of prey and ww84, that's when they decided to take the DCEU off of life support.

@@gevorg1989 when you think about it. The 2 flashes could have won by reverse flash scrambling the kryptonians' hearts, brains or spinal cords. All from behind, into so much mash potatoes or omelets or scrambled eggs, what's your pleasure? I definitely saw younger Barry, killing faora ul with the kryptonian blade, into her heart. So the flashes didn't need kryptonite, since any regular kryptonian weapons demonstrated that those weapons could kill kryptonians pretty easily.
