The Batgirl one honestly makes me so sad. Not only because of the dark and disturbing implications of it being deleted, but also they could've easily rebranded it as a DC Elseworlds labeled film, and reworked to be set in the Burton/Schumacherverse after Batman Forever (ignoring Batman and Robin) and reshot JK Simmons scenes. Oh well, here's hoping Leslie Grace returns as Batgirl in James Gunns DCU. Also, thank Dwayne Johnsons Black Adam centric plans for the DCEU never happened.
In Blue Beetle, there was a cut line of dialogue referencing "Supergirl of Metropolis." So blue beetle would've continued the Flashpoint DCEU It was changed to Superman Also for SS2 Not only would black adam be the main protagonist, Supergirl would be as well under magical mind control As part of a cult of black adam sacrificing young girls.

With this video I found out that Blue Beetle was part of the DCEU. I legit thought that movie was made for a separate continuity just like The Batman or Joker were.
Of the characters introduced in the comics, the Man of Steel prequel comic had Supergirl, as just Kara Zor-El, introduced in it. Although unlike the Supergirl we saw in the Flash, she isn't Superman's cousin, as the story she's in takes place thousands of years in the past. I think said comic had the Kryptonian ship on Earth and the open pod, but I'm not sure if it's what spawned the Supergirl theory. Also, weird coincidence how there have been 2 entries to cap off DC icebergs, involving the SA of Wonder Woman and Amazonians. Just shows how some people in both DC and WB, shouldn't be trusted with these characters.

I hate that most part of the entries are "This movie/series was announced/in development, but it was cancelled". Don't get me wrong, that's not a problem with the iceberg or the video, but is so sad to know that so many opportunities were lost and wasted because of WB 😢

The context as to why WBD wanted the Bruce Wayne cameo at the end of Aquaman 2, is apparently because they wanted Keaton-Batman to serve the same role in the Post-Flash DCEU, that Nick Fury does in the MCU.

It’s quite strange that I couldn’t care less about Black Adam when that Movie was in theatres, but am now super fascinated by it. It’s an interesting chapter of Movie Drama and an almost-Shakespearean lesson against Ego. Although I am actually kinda curious where the “Black Adam-Centred DCEU” was going to go, i think it’s best it failed, as the Rock needed an ego check and see you can’t just screw over other films like Shazam 2 for his own selfish purposes. And in spite of his constant media-push for the Black Adam Movie and character in general, when the movie came out in theatres, I had NO IDEA who Black Adam was, I didn’t even know it was a DCEU Film! I thought it was a completely separate and random superhero film. With that said, the Rocks overconfidence was very funny and memeable. “Rest in Peace the Queen, a great woman who lead the country longer than anyone before. Too bad she never got to see # BlackAdam in Theatres October 21st 🌎”

There was also an audio drama that was released with The Flash, titled The Flash: Escape the Midnight Circus, which apparently takes place after the movie, in the new timeline. Assuming Aquaman 2 takes place before the timeline reset in The Flash, it technically makes the audio drama the last DCEU story chronologically.

black adam was the movie that hurt me the most out of the dceu. I had such how hopes for a darker take of an anti hero or villain story. There are many things i can see and pick out which would of made it a better movie. It now may be years till we get a new black adam appearance.
Snyder's vision for the DCEU was god awful, and it sounds like what we got was not the worse of it. my goodness. we dodged a bullet by cancelling the DCEU.
And in spite of ‘all that’ lots of people still loved it. Not only that, but the scripts for his original versions of JL 2 and 3 are noticeably outdated. In ZS JL there’s a hinted at romance between Batman and Wonder Woman which is a comic book classic pairing next to WW and Superman. So the “Lois Lane X Bruce Wayne” thing was likely dropped. Regardless i firmly believe if the original version of Justice League released, it would have been received much better than BvS.

Plus, nearly everyone does this in the MCU so i don’t get the problem. However, i think the version of Batfleck fits better as a Red Hood character! There are plenty of non-Snyder people who aren’t excited for the DCU, it’s likely going to be just the MCU, but with DC characters. And frankly I’m not excited to hear Batman say “well that happened” and Flash make constant pop culture references. Public opinion on the MCU is declining fast, the DCU couldn’t be made at the worst time.

This franchise needs to be studied I always thought that WB was trying too hard to catch up to marvel instead of create their own universe which inherently tanked most the projects that came out, it’s really unfortunate because for me DC has way more compelling characters and stories but ig now maybe we’ll get to see what james gunn has in store 🤷🏾♂️

Well, I learned some things after watching this video 1). This video is good, I did like your sense of humour 2). Warner didn't have any kind of path with the universe, unlike Marvel who got a established path of what they wanted to show to people, Warner didn't have this and they started announcing projects without the certitude that theses projects could've been done, 3), warner is such a bad company, they fear success, because they got amazing projects but they rejected them because they were afraid of losing money instead of watching what people wanted. That's it, this universe could've something good, something different than Marvel, but the constant changes and the fact that they took control instead of letting the directors to share their projects kill this universe. Once again, nice video

You mentioned how there was only one novel (that aren't novelizations) part of the MCU which is incorrect as there's 3 (I believe 3) Captain Marvel novels telling Carol's experience before the movie. They're rather unknown so it's no problem they went under the radar but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Not only because of the dark and disturbing implications of it being deleted, but also they could've easily rebranded it as a DC Elseworlds labeled film, and reworked to be set in the Burton/Schumacherverse after Batman Forever (ignoring Batman and Robin) and reshot JK Simmons scenes.

Of the characters introduced in the comics, the Man of Steel prequel comic had Supergirl, as just Kara Zor-El, introduced in it. Although unlike the Supergirl we saw in the Flash, she isn't Superman's cousin, as the story she's in takes place thousands of years in the past. I think said comic had the Kryptonian ship on Earth and the open pod, but I'm not sure if it's what spawned the Supergirl theory.
Also, weird coincidence how there have been 2 entries to cap off DC icebergs, involving the SA of Wonder Woman and Amazonians. Just shows how some people in both DC and WB, shouldn't be trusted with these characters.

The context as to why WBD wanted the Bruce Wayne cameo at the end of Aquaman 2, is apparently because they wanted Keaton-Batman to serve the same role in the Post-Flash DCEU, that Nick Fury does in the MCU.
It's so criminal that we don't have a Static Shock Movie. I loved the series so much as a kid. And I looked up to the series and the morals it shares.

The Black Adam drama was such a fun time. HIERARCHY
It’s quite strange that I couldn’t care less about Black Adam when that Movie was in theatres, but am now super fascinated by it. It’s an interesting chapter of Movie Drama and an almost-Shakespearean lesson against Ego. Although I am actually kinda curious where the “Black Adam-Centred DCEU” was going to go, i think it’s best it failed, as the Rock needed an ego check and see you can’t just screw over other films like Shazam 2 for his own selfish purposes. And in spite of his constant media-push for the Black Adam Movie and character in general, when the movie came out in theatres, I had NO IDEA who Black Adam was, I didn’t even know it was a DCEU Film! I thought it was a completely separate and random superhero film.
With that said, the Rocks overconfidence was very funny and memeable. “Rest in Peace the Queen, a great woman who lead the country longer than anyone before. Too bad she never got to see # BlackAdam in Theatres October 21st 🌎”

There was also an audio drama that was released with The Flash, titled The Flash: Escape the Midnight Circus, which apparently takes place after the movie, in the new timeline. Assuming Aquaman 2 takes place before the timeline reset in The Flash, it technically makes the audio drama the last DCEU story chronologically.

black adam was the movie that hurt me the most out of the dceu. I had such how hopes for a darker take of an anti hero or villain story.
There are many things i can see and pick out which would of made it a better movie. It now may be years till we get a new black adam appearance.

Snyder's vision for the DCEU was god awful, and it sounds like what we got was not the worse of it. my goodness. we dodged a bullet by cancelling the DCEU.
And in spite of ‘all that’ lots of people still loved it. Not only that, but the scripts for his original versions of JL 2 and 3 are noticeably outdated. In ZS JL there’s a hinted at romance between Batman and Wonder Woman which is a comic book classic pairing next to WW and Superman. So the “Lois Lane X Bruce Wayne” thing was likely dropped.
Regardless i firmly believe if the original version of Justice League released, it would have been received much better than BvS.

There are plenty of non-Snyder people who aren’t excited for the DCU, it’s likely going to be just the MCU, but with DC characters. And frankly I’m not excited to hear Batman say “well that happened” and Flash make constant pop culture references. Public opinion on the MCU is declining fast, the DCU couldn’t be made at the worst time.

Well, I learned some things after watching this video
1). This video is good, I did like your sense of humour
2). Warner didn't have any kind of path with the universe, unlike Marvel who got a established path of what they wanted to show to people, Warner didn't have this and they started announcing projects without the certitude that theses projects could've been done,
3), warner is such a bad company, they fear success, because they got amazing projects but they rejected them because they were afraid of losing money instead of watching what people wanted.
That's it, this universe could've something good, something different than Marvel, but the constant changes and the fact that they took control instead of letting the directors to share their projects kill this universe.
