Niiiice video. I'm looking for the pod go or the hx stomp. I want to play bass and guitar with it. Do you find the lack of dual rooting for bass in the pod go a dealbreaker or you high and low are balanced for heavy bass tone? That the only thing that will make me choose the hx stomp instead of the pod go
It really depends on your usage. If you run other pedals, want to run dual inputs/outputs and don't mind only using two to three pedals for effects, then the Stomp is what I would go with. If you want simplicity, are new to modeling effects pedals, easy screen to navigate, don't mind one left-to-right signal chain and want a volume/wah pedal, then the POD Go is great. Both are great. You can record direct into your computer with both. For me, I made a KILLER Nolly preset this week worth the Stomp using my Dingwall, pickup selector #2. I can email it to ya. You'll need to also download the two cab IR's along with the preset.
@@tonysmith.bassguitar do you know the obsidian settings? it's because your tone sounds like nolly getgood and i've been looking for that tone for months on the pod go

What is your signal chain in the preset ?
Dingwall into POD Go. Deluxe Comp block, Obsidian block, SVT IR.
@@tonysmith.bassguitar no amp ?
@@sonicojj5932 none. Was using the Obsidian as a preamp. I tried the SVT 4 after, but it darkened the tone.
