These mouth watering Cream Doughnuts are hard to resist! The combination of the Doughnut with the whipped cream, makes this Decadent treat a delight in every bite!
🌼 LONG DOUGHNUTS
Ingredients
Yeast Dough:-
3/4 cup Lukewarm milk
1/2 cup lukewarm water
10g instant yeast pwd
1 tsp sugar
3 & 1/2 cups Cake Flour
1/4 tsp salt
60 ml sugar
60g melted butter
1 egg
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Oil for frying
Castor Sugar for Dusting
NB:- Its important to fry the Doughnuts in oil that is on a lowered heat, not too hot! Reduce the temperature if its too hot and browns too fast! It must fry gently, slowly, for the inside to cook properly! 😘
🌼THE METHOD OF PREPARATION IS AS PER THE VIDEO...
🌼WHIPPED FRESH CREAM FILLING
Ingredients:-
500ml Heavy Whipping Cream or Fresh Cream
5 tbsp Icing sugar
4 tbsp Powdered Milk / Klim
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Beat together with a blender till the cream is thick and firm....refrigerate before placing in the piping bag...it must be cold when piping, to set!
