There are many beautiful places to visit Yogyakarta. For the example, punthuk setumbhu for the sunrise point, borobudur and prambanan for the temples, kedung pedut & sri gethuk waterfall, mount merapi, taman sari & keraton for historical places, and the best beach for me are timang beach amd nglambor beach. At nglambor beach, you can snorkeling for only 45k and see lot of underwater species there. Don't miss it!
Try eating Gudeg with no egg if you are vegetarian. You can say: "Ada menu lauk nasi dan sayur untuk kami berdua?" which means "Are there rice and vegetable menus for both of us?" Ketoprak, gado-gado are vegetarian meals. To make sure you don't order non-vegetarian meals, you can ask: "Apakah pakai telur, daging atau susu?" Which means "Does it contain egg, meat or milk in the food?"
Yep by car or bus it will take about 8-9 hours drive ,as a local we usually bring extra food or drinks...btw sorry for your inconvenient but just for your info the economy class doesn't have AC unit.🤭
Next time we take a train we'll bring food and drinks for sure 😅 Oh, we didn't know that! 6 hours of travel without AC sounds hard... Then the executive class was worth it! 🙏🏼
in Indonesia there are many types of trains when we want to be more comfortable we have to buy the most expensive papa tickets but next year on the island of Java there is already a fast train between Jakarta - Bandung, but the train that you ride during the covid19 season, all people rarely travel outside the city so there is a lot of dust, the train car you are riding in is not an old train car but it is still new and it is made by Indonesian children which we are very proud of, If indeed the quality and cleanliness of the trains in Indonesia is not satisfactory, I'm sorry because it was also the Pandemic season that made people rarely travel friends 🙏🙏🙏

Si notas que mucha gente compra algo de comida antes de subir al tren. desde el 8 de marzo no es necesario hacer la prueba de antígeno o PCR para el vuelo, si ya tiene dos dosis de vacuna. ya que no muchos extranjeros usan el tren, es por eso que esos asistentes no están capacitados para hablar en inglés, especialmente en java, como bandung, donde las personas apenas hablan un idioma extranjero, incluso usan sundanés para todos los días, no bahasa indonesia
Ese fue nuestro error, pensábamos que con la clase ejecutiva ya estaba incluida. Nosotros si que tenemos que hacer la prueba PCR para el vuelo por que somos extranjeros, solo la gente local puede usar el avión con las dos dosis 🙁
