Great video, remarkably thorough on the topic., as usual. I will certainly refer back to it when dealing with knit fabric. I would only ask why there's not backstitching but only the shortest of overlapping. Is it only a matter of producing a neat finish or are there some other cons to backstitching in those cases?

@@chiara71 Thank you! As regarding no backstitching, you're correct - it's mainly a matter of producing a neat finish on the outside of the garment.
