Honestly I FW with that store. Beautifully put together. Natural and warm light, plants, the wood furnishing... there is a natural and love for nature to the place. Whereas 95% of other places are generic, copy and paste, and plainly cold in nature.

$75,940. Hate to see someone have to close down their business. As someone who aspires to have a store one day, it goes to show that anything can happen with the sneaker market and not having that foot traffic can be killer. Hoping all works out for them.
It's not a good business model. You have to price shoes above market just to make a few bucks or break-even.
the key in the sneaker game is that you make your profit when you BUY the shoe/inventory. You have to purchase your inventory significantly below market and you only buy high demand items. That way it's almost guaranteed to sell. CoolKicks are basically like the GameStop for sneakers (except CoolKicks does give back to the community and has a more friendly brand).
