Wow.. I’ve learnt a lot about leadership watching all of this video.. Otumfuo solves various issues with FAIRNESS by giving all parties an opportunity to speak, giving absent parties a timescale to speak, pardoning mistakes and forgiving fines if needed.. also being firm with authority to effect resolution ..but also adding a burst of humor to diffuse tense situations ..all with the aid of his very competent senior linguist.. Otumfuo does so with a lot of patience and respect to all parties except where a party shows blatant disrespect or insolence.. Above ALL he is FAIR in his decisions plus he has a good memory and does his own unbiased homework on issues.. Now I understand why people call him King Solomon.. 0tumfuo Nyame k3se.. Nana nya nkwa daa ! Piaaaw !
