I encountered the same problem and found a solution that worked for me. I took off the Mini 3 Pro in sport mode to deliberately disable the vision sensors, then switched back to normal mode, which restored the sensors to normal functioning.
@@beleeez8078 OMG.....I was shocked to see my Mini 3 Pro crash into the wall of my house and I'm now getting the same Sensor error. My brother was playing around with the controller and might have left it on S/Sport mode. Damnit...it better not be borked.
I'm so thankful for this tutorial! I just got my new mini 3 pro and crashed in the first flight because the sensor was not working. Now that I managed to calibrate the sensors as you explained it works perfectly.
I use a little fan that I put in front of the drone when installing firmware or anything that takes time to do on the drone. It really helps. Just a little fan that charges via USB that I place in front of it
Hi Guys , I had the same issue and drone getting really hot and dropping out while I was trying to calibrate . I changed the cable to another one and had no issue with drone heating up . What I suspect is obviously the drone pulls more power than a standard mobile phone ( galaxy charging cable ) so you need to use a quality cable , once I did that it calibrated no problem.

Another thing, at night when the sensors are not working the drone flies sideways. Not in the morning and in the afternoon, because I disabled it. Is there any relationship between the sensors and lateral flight? I did the procedure in your video. Congratulations, I'll test it in the morning here in Brazil. sorry for my English. Help me please.

I don't think you're supposed to physically move the drone around like you are doing. You are supposed to point it. Isn't that what the tutorial shows as the "wrong" way to do it by physically moving the drone around?
It took over an hour of trying to do it before or overheated. Every time when on the damn bottom sensors it shut down from overheat or the usb moved. I cooled out on the freezer and also used a can of compressed air to cool the drone during calibration. Unfortunately, After all of that, the sensors are STILL DISSABLED. Thanks for making the video though. Im sure it helped some.

Same thing I did, switch to S, switch off control and drone. Switch on again and change to N. Problem solved.

I can't get through the rear calibration. Has shut down repeatedly as too hot I guess.

Did anyone experience a black screen issue?
I did it many times but not work.
The tutorial looked helpfull. However, the software did nothing more than let me access the SD card.
