cid has 3 personas; shadow, his true self, and his undercover mob. only delta has seen his true self, but that is specifically because shes so hard of understanding that it isnt worth it for him to even bother. it also comes with the caveat that no one believes her anyway when she tries to explain the difference in his personality and simply chalks it up as "delta being delta". thats exactly what happened when alpha completely shrugged her off and told delta that cid doesnt talk a certain way, when it was explicitly cid that told delta her mission was "hush hush secret".
