Last winter I roasted butternut squash, a large onion, carrots and garlic. It made a wonderful soup with stock. I have the same ingredients at the moment, so I'll make this dip. It's the tahini which makes this so interesting.

I made this today , very good , I added some more lemon juice I only used 2 Tbs of Tahini otherwise it’s too creamy for me and I didn’t care for the Jalapeño , it makes it a little too spicy it’s better without it for my own taste . Thank you

As it's always the case with you, a yummy recipe ..I used to make it but never think about adding tahini it's probably better with it! Do you peel the tomatoes before processing? Thanks a lot.
Without the olive oil and less tahini taste the same but saving a lot of calories. Next time I won’t even put any tahini in there. Good recipe. Thank you.
