- This video presents the bells h0 -e1 -f#1 -g#1 -h1 [si2 -mi3 -fa#3 -sol#3 -si3] of St Paul's Church in Stuttgart. Four bells from the post-war period complement a special bell from the interwar period.
➥ The largest bell [1] is also the oldest bell of the ringing. It was cast by the Kurtz foundry in 1928 for the previous church and the previous ringing. Due to its extraordinary quality, the Luther bell was one of the few large bells that did not have to be conscripted during the Second World War. Fortunately, it also survived the destruction of the old St Paul's Church in 1944.
After the war, it initially rang out from the old tower as a single bell. When the new St. Paul's Church was to be built, new bells were commissioned. A total of four new bells were cast by Kurtz in 1956. It was decided to use the Westminster motif with the Luther bell as the solemn foundation.
Since then, the peal has rung out from the new bell tower built in 1960. Although the suspension is relatively open and the two larger bells sound slowed down, the ensemble unfolds an impressive radiance, which is mainly due to the mighty Luther bell. It seems to fill the tower with sound.

Es ist ein absolut fantastisches Geläut. Ich war absolut begeistert!
Das Geläut ist eines von vielen Favoriten die ich in Stuttgart habe. Die Akustik ist wirklich sehr gut.
Das ist ja eigentlich schon erstaunlich wenn man betrachtet wie offen das Alles ist. Die Glockenqualität dürfte hier ausschlaggebend sein.
Ein eindrucksvolles, sehr reines, stattliches Geläute, schönste Glockenmusik. Danke für das Video.

The big bell is one of the best bells ever made by this foundry. This shows impressivly I would say!

Die Verlangsamung fällt hier Glücklicherweise nicht allzu schlimm auf. Durch den großen Tonsprung und dadurch, dass die h° noch einigermaßen "normal" läutet passt das immer noch erstaunlich gut zusammen.

Just fantastic. To me, this is the best video recording made of these bells from Kurtz. It must be heavenly to hear, at a distance, the combined ringing of the bells from St Paul and St Elisabeth!
Das ist ein überaus schönes Westminster. Die alte Kirche gefiel mir besser, als die neue Kirche. Die Fenster sind aber sehr bunt und schön.
Ja in Stuttgart war man nach dem Krieg leider relativ rigoros, was alte Kirchenbauten anging. So schade das ist, aber so sind auch einige wirklich beeindruckende moderne Kirchen entstanden. Was einem jetzt besser gefällt muss man von Fall zu Fall entscheiden denke ich. Ich persönlich bin halt ein riesiger Fan dieser Betonglasfenster. Daher bin ich froh so etwas hier bestaunen zu können.

In dieser Tonlage macht ein Westminster meiner Meinung nach einfach viel her!

Auf jeden Fall. Trotz der Verlangsamung einzelner Glocken ist das schon wirklich gut gelungen!
J'ai l'impression que le clocher bouge un peu, quand le fis' sonne, non ? Sinon, une sonnerie (évidement) magnifique ! J'aime bien la sonorité un peu différente du gis'.
Le clocher ne bouge pas qu'un peu. Il bouge parfois beaucoup.
Mais actuellement, cela ne semble pas être critique.
Un haut clocher comme celui là se doit de bouger sinon il y a un risque de dommage permanent. L'élasticité de la structure est un facteur primordial.@@Glockenfampf

Die Tage dieses Geläutes sind an diesem Standort wohl gezählt…man diskutiert seit dem Sommer den Abriß dieser Kirche. Um den klerikalen Kasten ist es nicht schade um das Geläute wäre es ein Jammer…😢

Könntest du die Glocken bei scartch machen bitte
Da ich keine Ahnung hab was ich da machen soll und ehrlich gesagt auch nicht unbedingt die Zeit dazu, darf das gerne jemand Anderes machen.
@@Glockenfampf scartch ist wo man selber läuten kann und wo du auch programmieren kannst wann die Glocken läuten das ich mir egal ob du oder jemand anderes das machst
Möchte ja nichts sagen, aber es klingt wie das Schöpfungsgeläute der Mariahilfer Kirche in Graz
Die Tonfolge ist tatsächlich fast die Gleiche, wobei es in der Grazer Kirche ja noch mehr Glocken gibt.
