SOOTHSAYER ATAK plugin v1.1

This unique capability allows rapid RF planning to be conducted direct from ATAK. In this demo, templates for ground mesh radios and a drone are added to form a network. The drone coverage extends much further than the ground radio(s).
With a self hosted server, an entire network of ATAK users can benefit from RF planning. API requests require less than 1KB of data and a response can be between 2.5KB and 250KB depending on parameters used.
