@@annabellepalaran2766if the steps in the video didnt work and your phone are not charging make sure your charger and cable are working fine check the port of your phone if is wobbly, if it was wobbly then the port might be broken if its completely steady then your battery might have been discharge try charging for 30 minutes and try the methods again if the phone still does not responds then your battery might be completely dead.
