Try PMA, Kenki, or any of that Flower bosses on Monstadt, ideally Lawacurl (one that spawn on Liyue) Should be good to get the hang of Dragonstrike. Ideally you should try doing it to moving things, the Lawacurl i mentioned was where I usually practice Dragonstrike because practicing on static Object isn't good for actual combat

207 EM still kinda lacking if you pair Him with Kazuha and locked to Redhorn unless you have access to Elegy, Nilou's Wep, or Kazuha C2. So yeah get EM Sand if you plan to pair Diluc with Him often. Your current Build is otherwise good, even for Xianyun.
Didn't expect C2 Yelan application to be so strong She can reapply Hydro within Burning + Nahida, Kazuha Pyro Infusion, and Xiangling Q active 😮 What if I replace Kazuha with Zhongli or Jean? That team seems very strong though i don't have the ball to go healerless
At C2, She can applu 5U of Hydro in less than 2 Secs after all (2 from Q, 1 from Q Proc, 2 C2 Proc) Zhongli would be good alternative since He can also help trigger Burning if you run Nahida. Jean would be Ok too, but Her downtime might be a trouble if Heal is what you are after.
Always a blessing to witness Diluc dominate the abyss.

Primo Geovishap can also be a good place, just bring shielder so He won't intterupt your Character.

should I get an EM artifact for my diluc? he's quite perfect but I think the damage can still improve
