I was visiting my sister, and for quite some time I’d been saying. “I don’t give a crap.”I must’ve been saying that for months. When I returned home, my lower intestine exploded, and the doctor said it looked like you were plugged. I literally did not “give a crap”..

I really love Gregg Braden's work. I find it scientifically parallel to some of Neville Goddard's spiritual lectures and books.
How lucky are we that this human being is around in our lifetime to share and bring to our attention the wisdom he shares with us ♥️
What I find absolutely fascinating is Greg and many others for that matter mention that how we talk to the field ultimately becomes particle reality, it’s the unconscious talk that’s scary , say you bend over and your inner voice ‘talks clearly’ ‘oh my back is killing me’ emphasising the ‘oh’ as a vocal ‘ouch’, it’s nearly like a command for more bad back, if you dovetail the work of the eminent Bruce Lipton to this and his eloquent explanation on the nature of the inherent programs we constantly run through the subconscious mind, then we would have to conclude these programs are in constant communication with the field and this ‘chatter’ is collapsing waves of possibilities into our particle reality/ state of being, so what I’m trying to emphasise is the DUPLICITY of the talk to the field that we don’t realise, and furthermore the aforementioned programs come already primed with feelings and emotions which quite invariably fast tract particle reality be them beneficial or detrimental, it’s no wonder all the great masters have advocated meditation to find our true voice/self and let go of the chattering programs
that can enslave and bind us to a current reality we not only don’t like but don’t realise we are the creators of !

Pulsing in place is the secret to creating in the devine matrix
And I think when one is imagining that’s the point where the Field is in pulsing motion/state , or when one is doing something (action mode) that’s also the Devine Matrix/Energy Field in pulsing state. I guess the Pulsing is the Creating motion.

Right on target. I looked back at my past where I actually created my own reality and had difficulty believing that I did it. All because of culture belief full of confusion especially with us “deaf” people actually see body language screaming confusion and we thought we are supposed to be confused. What a quack. I can contest what Greg is speaking of is 100% true. I've mentioned before that my life's goal is to understand myself subconscious as best as possible.
So on this journey I've thought what if I increase the energy of my voice,? With the intent to better create what I want. And with the tendency of what if a little is good than gosh darnit too much is better.
I went ahead and set it up. All sorts of things started to happen. In the past when I'd get angry I USE TO say " That chaps my ass" ummm.... I have completely stopped saying that . Im sure you can figure out way.. It took me awhile to figure out just what the heck was happening . Now im have become soo consciousness what I say. This is funny and embarrassing for me but a lesson I'm always aware of.

Gregg I’ve heard people use the phrase : The last thing I want to do !! And they would just refer to a situation in their life !. I sat their and wondered if they realized that creation was listening ?!. 🤔💕
I have experienced several cases of NOT BELIEVING the power of the imagination that I let it run along with horrible emotional anger and rage towards a person... In the middle of the night I had a dream of grabbing them by the throat to shake them to say stop your damn noises! At that very moment, they woke up in REAL LIFE, screaming, waking me up as well, in the same building complex of apartments on over 12 floors. They stopped making their damn noises. This freaked me out as much as them. As they didn't know where it came from. And I was freaked out that it came out of me out of such frustration. It was about 2 days of emotional triggers with PTSD leading up to it. But the FACT is, this did happen. And it was after other experiences I have had that show our EMOTIONS, thoughts, and FOCUS and repetition of them looping, is very powerful for better or for worse.
Another dream I had years earlier was having my leg run over by a train. I woke up crawling up the bed with my head against the wall and my legs pulled up to my chest in a ball to get away from the train. This came true for my best friend in some cowardly attempt to avoid it, I said anyone else but me! This sort of fell into some dark place of deal with the devil so to speak from the stories I had heard. It was not conscious. But it was if you don't have it, then its going to your most loved to you! And after 5 years of dreaming that dream around 7 times where it changed a little each time... to being the one rail way track for my first time, then anyone else but me, but another set of tracks like a siding yard with many branches, and it was like crawling across the tracks drunk and could not stand or walk. Though trying to crawl through the wall at the end of the bed with covers and sheets is a lot of resistance... And I kept seeing the other guy behind me crawling on another set of tracks, and it happening to them. Deep down I knew who it was, but at another level I was in denial, and could not see their face... till about the time I saw the 7th dream about 5 years later, and I saw my best friends face. And TWO WEEKS LATER, it happened. Where he got drunk with a mutual friend on RUM that he was not used to and ended up on the railway tracks near a walk crossing.
The thing about that dream was that there was a lot of fear energy. It would come to mind in day at times, many times over the years. And the FEAR of it would make me freak out and tremble as I tried to think of something else. But each time it was like suppressing something painful from the past. In this case the ENERGY of FEAR was linked to it and FUELING IT to become reality. So it was more than 7 dreams in the energy. It was the denial, the fear, the worry, with some idea that thinking about it and feeling it was making it happen all the more. All of that combined manifested it... and in the first dream the train cut the right let just below the knee by about a hand length. And that is exactly what happened. And when I heard and went to visit, as we were not hanging out in the same circles for some years, he said I was more cut up about than he was. I wonder why?
So LESSONS, STOP THE DENIAL!!!
Take responsibility for your words, your thoughts, your feelings and DEEDS. But it seems the deeds can be in the thoughts themselves stuck as a victim in a loop. UNDERSTANDING how to break the LOOP is important... This is why it says at all times never cease to be "praying in the spirit". That is the spirit of LOVE and LIFE FORCE of BLESSINGS and GOOD WILL. To be KIND and Encouraging... For what we do we train as habits that replay. And knowing this can stop you being sucked in to being a victim of chain reactions again and again. You can choose the MOOD. You can choose the VISION you want to CREATE instead of being a chain reaction of cause and effect and your fears. What you FOCUS UPON you FUEL with your ENERGY like a radio TUNES IN and causes a flow of ENERGY. What you FEEL is FEEDBACK to what you are TUNING IN to... if you don't like it. KNOW THAT YOU CAN CHANGE IT AND CHOOSE SOMETHING ELSE. So you DO NOT GET STUCK IN FEAR like I did. Love and forgive yourself. Become genuinely giving in GOOD WILL and KINDNESS and this EMOTIONAL FEELING FREQUENCY is healing to DNA TELOMERES and much more. It is harmony with the LIFE FORCE Energy. The FIELD HARMONY is naturally LIFE Force and LOVE, hence it says GOD is LOVE.
While I had the train dreams, I was in a bible based religion that was expanding ideas and keeping old ones. In IGNORANCE I was a victim of the flow of cause and effect and did not exercise the TRUE POWER of MY TRUE FREE WILL to KNOW that I COULD and HOW! We are very much like computers that are programmed. But without KNOWLEDGE and Understanding and a VISION we are as fools of reactions. Peace and LOVE to ALL Mankind. We are best to have an attitude to be ON EVERYONE'S SIDE to BLESS and wish them well. This is how we make paradise when we FOCUS and put ENERGY and GOOD FEELINGS into it. Learn from my mistakes of experience. Win, Win, Win, everyone wins when we do it right.

Very interesting. With the affirmation part, I got it right away. When I create affirmations, I say it as if it is already happening, already mine, already being experienced. I start with I AM and whatever the affirmation is about. Like - I AM enjoying perfect health, not I am ready to enjoy perfct health.. I AM successful in my business, not I am ready to be successful or I am ready for great success... and so on.

Okay in reference to what Gregg says here about the term “break a leg” relative to putting something that really want to manifest into the field I have a quote from what I googled about just what this term actually means.
“In the early days of theater, this is where ensemble actors were queued to perform. If actors were not performing, they had to stay behind the “leg line,” which also meant they wouldn't get paid. If you were to tell the actor to “break a leg,” you were wishing them the opportunity to perform and get paid.”
So, you see that perhaps when people in the theatre said that to a person getting ready to perform, the thought and understanding was for the actor to be successful in their opportunity to perform as well as monetarily.
I don’t know if whether or not they still say this in the theatre district in New York City or wherever or if actors still know what this means but the term seems to be relatively harmless and I wouldn’t imagine any harm coming to that person going onstage as a result of some well intentioned desire for a person’s success.
Grant it, Gregg should have looked into the meaning of this so that he could have been more informed.

It is exactly what was dominating my thoughts early in this morning when I was wondering about the routine of the day. I had this in my mind and when I opened my today's messages I found your new release... I know I have an InteriorNet that I am using with my closest friends, but I thought that the inner dialogue is happening only between persons that meet in real, that have affinities and lived experiences of life in "real time" if I could say so.
What you say in this material I experienced in my life from my early years and I know that what you say it's true and could materialize. The challenge is to be coherent with our own self and to the others. Huge challenge.
I follow your work from years, but I never considered it's useful to contact you, but now I thihk it worth it to tell you what I experience. Maybe it's useful to your researches. The format and all the collaborations that you developed during the "lapse of reason" in the 24 months that passed are much more effective in creating new bonds of communications.

A few weeks ago I had one of those awesome moments where I felt that perfect balance in my heart and mind. I didn't notice until a few hours after awaking when I realized I hadn't felt anxious about anything. After thinking of a couple of things I knew would usually do the trick. I knew I wasn't doing it to torture myself I was just completely aware of the absence of a feeling I fight to not feel everyday. Nothing happened. I just felt calm. I instantly started smiling and laughing like a 5 year old and deep down just knew it would be a beautiful magical day. I honestly can't remember everything I did that day but the way I felt I'll never forget. It's like every single thought action and emotion was of love and peace and I didn't have to try to do it. The repeating affirmations can be very useful. I 100 percent noticed the difference of me saying affirmations on this day than any other day. For one I only had to say them one time and felt every single one and then after that I felt myself subconsciously feel them throughout the entire day. Like I was silently telling them to myself and only barely noticing so that was pretty cool.
I also decided to play my cities pick 4 lottery game and after doing my affirmations I sat on my bed and said "I intend for ---- to be today's winning numbers and I intend to win big playing those numbers today." I didn't win for the midday drawing but once again it's like I barely noticed it. Went about my day feeling completely blissful. My daughter and I ended up having to go out for a sec that evening so once again I decided to try again with the numbers. Didn't really feel that strongly attached to the outcome. I just felt how awesome it would feel to win a lot of money and probably more importantly I was just happy and having fun in the moment. I remember telling my daughter on the drive home how beautiful the evening sky was. And I just love her so much because I know that was probably my 50th time saying how beautiful something was since her being home from school lol. Fast forward a few hours I ended up waking up a little before midnight so I decided to check the numbers before going back to sleep. And to my complete shock I saw the numbers I had said would be today's winning numbers.
Had I won I would have been $10,000 richer but I did not play them to win in any order of combination but STILL that was such an empowering moment!! Knowing that it's FEELING that's the secret. Be and be happy to be!
