In our efforts to serve the dreams of our customers, we constantly strive to add talent that helps us maximize for billions each day. Presenting Influencers of Change, an initiative launched to address the manpower needs across Flipkart’s hubs by providing referral avenues for individuals or companies, allowing them to earn side income along the way, and empowering the ecosystem all around. So far, the program has featured approx. 2,000 pan-India influencers, who have contributed to 18,000+ Wishmasters joining the Flipkart ecosystem.
