So interesting. I did this and I ended up realizing that the person doesn't have a lot of Pisces and Mars qualities, which is crazy because I have a Pisces sun and several Aries placements. What's composite chart Vs synastry.. What's the difference?

Synastry is looking at how each person impacts the other while Composite is looking at how the relationship will develop. The Synastry can be very good at times (a person might trigger a lot of positive things withing you) but in my experience if the Composite is not showing a positive development for the relationship this will show up regardless of the Synastry.

As a sanguine extraverted woman (Jupiter rules the sanguine humor/temperment), I already embody the qualities of Jupiter, so I don't need someone to give me what I already have inside. Rather, I need the opposite: Saturn. Which, for me, is in my first house in the sign of Scorpio. It actually comes down to the four humors and knowing (or figuring out which one you are and seeking out the ruler of the opposite humor). For reference: Jupiter (as mentioned), is the ruler of the sanguine humor-corresponding to the element of air. The moon rules the phlegm humor which corresponds to the element of water. Mars is the ruler of the choleric humor which corresponds to the element of fire. Saturn rules the melancholic humor which corresponds to earth. Sanguine and choleric are both extraverted humors while phlegm and melancholy are introverted humors.
In short, whether male or female, if you are choleric, your Moon sign is what indicates your ideal partner. If you're melancholic (again, male or female), you look to where Jupiter is. If you're phlegmatic, then you look to your Mars. If like me, you're sanguine, then you look to your Saturn.

Question: in the end I don’t think you explained which planets to count. I noticed you did not count his Saturn in the 11th house. He is here to decondition & learn self mastery in the 11th house would that not help you when your Aquarian needs? I have a similar situation with Saturn in 6th with mine. I feel like I’ve been waiting for him to master this energy during our relationship so I think it depends on when you meet. You can’t wait around for them while they are still in their deconditioning phase.

We don't have one soulmate. We may not marry our soulmate or even be in a relationship with them. Venus and Jupiter indicates compatibility that's true..but that is not the definition of 'soulmate'. 😊

The details are difficult to understand. It sounds like a comprehensive analysis though. My natal chart probably does not show all these things. Maybe I am not able to understand the way it is prepared in my country. It is written in Sanskrit with Devanagari script.
