Workout one day, rest the next day. When your timing is right your muscles would have overcompensated on the morning of the next workout. Resting is part of growing.
it's just so funny to hear this then remember goggins literally blowing out his knees, his leg muscle (tightness), bleeding through his urinary tract, breaking his feet, etc. and constantly ahcieving dopamine feats of fitness, yet also blowing out his whole physical body; like any drug addict, for dopamine hahaha
not sure if this is an insult, I assume it isn't, but yes he got rhabdomyolysis @@ronnieg1341 from running too much, which in simple terms means he worked out so much his metabolism ate his own body
Dopamine influences social interactions and bonding. It contributes to the reward aspects of social engagement and may impact the formation of social connections.
You can always JUST take a long a walk while reading a book :) If it isn't pouring with rain you can do it every single day and there is no cost to it ;)
Breaking news. Simon Hill becomes a monk... lol! Caffine was the bad one for me. Exercise is good - proven to help mental health. As is eating wholefoods. Music is fine too.
I also find an eating window is good for self control and not getting addicted to food - which is a big problem for so many of us. I start with fruit at 12pm to get my sugar hit then. Works good for insulin/energy No more sugar for rest of the day. Also good for self control is the odd 3 day fast and occasional cold shower.
Wow, what you have here is amazing! If you're into it, a similar book comes highly recommended. "A Life Unplugged: Reclaiming Reality in a Digital Age" by Theodore Blaze
Why not have 2 or 3 intense workouts a week and easy workouts the other days? Doing 5 days a week easy isn't beneficial. You need a mix of high and low intensity or polarized training
Is this the same with ADHD? I was just diagnosed and doing a lot better. I use all kinds of natural Buster's. Should I switch methods each day or should I take brakes from using any at all?
Unfortunately drug addiction /abuse accounts for multiple daily hits of dopamine, the end result to society & the user comes at a cost to both that can’t be underestimated nor calculated…..the bigger picture before us, possibly kicked off at young age, social media anticipation called likes 🤙
I'm happy to see a fellow cannabis consumer. I too indulge in the fine art of smoking cannabis and for many many years! I am an old man and love toking everyday! My doctor tells me that my health is great. My organs are in top shape with no lung issues either. Why if i smoked for over 45 years are my lungs not affected? Must be the cigarettes!

Resting every other day is completely unnecessary
You just gotta dopamine harder than last time. Progressive dopamine overload 😂
I know (and hope) you're joking but I feel it's important to note that this is horrific advice. It's the exact opposite of what you should do.
@@alepho4089you wont get results it u dont progressive overload dopamine
You gotta be kidding me😂
...till you need meth at breakfasts instead of omelette 😂😂😂
I know this is a joke. But if you actually tried this it would start leading to all sorts of problems. Not fun ones
I have we hubermans podcast to help me fall asleep. It works great

Yeah, I learned that the hard way.
I wish I could do that. I go hard one day then recover the next.

Why can’t you lift 4 or 5 days a week while listening to Metallica after downing a Starbucks? If you’re working a 4 or 5 day split this is the norm.
Christ there's too much bass from the mic. Sounds like he's talking directly into my eardrum
Excellent

But but im required to give over 100% everyday single day, how the hell do I survive??????
Caffine destroys your atp. I use fulvic acid so powerful.
So you can’t drink coffee have sex and listen to music
you can at the same time if you try hard enough
Oh and you also need to detox everday, despite having low baseline dopamine! :D
