    Workout one day, rest the next day. When your timing is right your muscles would have overcompensated on the morning of the next workout. Resting is part of growing.

    it's just so funny to hear this then remember goggins literally blowing out his knees, his leg muscle (tightness), bleeding through his urinary tract, breaking his feet, etc. and constantly ahcieving dopamine feats of fitness, yet also blowing out his whole physical body; like any drug addict, for dopamine hahaha

    Breaking news. Simon Hill becomes a monk...
    lol!
    Caffine was the bad one for me. Exercise is good - proven to help mental health. As is eating wholefoods. Music is fine too.

      @andrewnorris5415 Год назад

      I also find an eating window is good for self control and not getting addicted to food - which is a big problem for so many of us. I start with fruit at 12pm to get my sugar hit then. Works good for insulin/energy No more sugar for rest of the day. Also good for self control is the odd 3 day fast and occasional cold shower.

    Why not have 2 or 3 intense workouts a week and easy workouts the other days? Doing 5 days a week easy isn't beneficial. You need a mix of high and low intensity or polarized training

My doctor tells me that my health is great. My organs are in top shape with no lung issues either. Why if i smoked for over 45 years are my lungs not affected? Must be the cigarettes!
