3. /kill @e in the end when the drag-on is at perch. Go somewhere near drag-on when it's at perch and /kill @e which kills all entities in some radius

the /effect commands go up to 255 so he could have given himself strength 255

He could also have done /time set night and /gamerule doDaylightCycle false while he was in the Nether. He knows /locate stronghold so it doesn't matter - he was trolling. And he could have made his food source enchanted golden apples (not totems because it probably would make the vid boring) as well as constantly send redstone signals to a command block to keep applying these commands (and potion effects).
Especially health boost would be good which would give him hundreds of hearts

no the /enchant command is unfortunately limited to ingame enchants. what he could have done is use the /give command with some enchant nbt, like

That would give him an axe that has sharpnes 30k, fire aspect 30k, looting 10 and would never break.

Missed opportunities i can think of:
•Giving strength 25 to self - can basically one shot anything
•/kill @e[type=ender_dragon]
•give self resistance 225 - can no linger take damage but show the appearance of taking damage
•turn the command block into a repeating command block in the blocks setting when you click on it - now when it receives input it repeats the command in it.
• go into creative mode
•look up a special command that gives you a knockback 1000 stick - have fun launching hunters far away leaving them confused and frustrated.

When you realize not only is that not the right command, but also it doesn’t give the achievement or open the portal

I literally know how he could’ve won the game with the /give command, he could’ve gotten more than one item, he could’ve gotten diamonds netherite enchants a couple anvils material for a bow gapples water bucket a brewing stand netherwart glass for pots materials for strength speed etc 2 double chests to hold the extra items barrier blocks bedrock obsidian and finally ender eyes and he would’ve won in like 10 mins lmao
