If it don't power up hold the charger to the back and turn it until you her it charging. Hold it tight. I did it and know it is working also I factory reset and that worked as welll

I have this same watch, you have to charge it up. Make sure it's connected properly also. I thought mine didn't work, but I wasn't properly charging it.
