I remember having this back in the day. I don't remember all the features shown though. Especially the airport and the car hauler. I also remember the ambulance but not the firetruck. The logs on my set were red plastic, and my dad replaced the gravel for Chiclets minis gum because I somehow lost the gravel 😂
Super incredible. I still have a four lane slot car loop on my model railroad, (downtown traffic) and I operate about a dozen slot cars, but three Tyco trucks, a dump, a semi and tanker trailer, and a flatbed survived my youth and operate on my railroad. I never knew that Tyco had a cabover, but I have seen an AFX cabover truck, probably non reversing without the rear guide pin. Hello from the Tracy Mountain Railway in Colorado. 💙 T.E.N.
Wooooo! Heck yeah!! Tyco US 1! I asked for it for xmas and santa never brought it😢😢. Now that I'm older I have everything you're running! Thanks to eBay! Super fun! I gotta dig mine out the box and set them up. Quick questions though: looks like u changed tires on the drive wheels, where did u find them? Second: is it possible to swap out the motor for one thats newer? Sometimes my trucks run a little herky jerky. I keep the contacts clean on the streets. Its just like a train layout. Very fun post! Thanks! Keep on truckin!!
I also had this set it was called FIRE ALERT! I never got the other accessories. I had the same dump truck, cabover, and fire truck. Also came with the gravel trailer. My parents got me another truck a Peterbilt, 2 trailers a Roadway van and Coca Cola tanker. What I didn't have was the flatbed, auto carrier, airport, crane, car lot, and flatbed load and unload sections. My brother had a Tyco slot car track so I would run his cars on there too...
Too cool. Love the engineering in these toys. Green signs over the roads are great. These toys had heart.
I had to laugh at the car hauler unloading

I love the music from the TV show, Emergency. I remember watching that show as a kid. Squad 51, Squad 51.

Absolutely amazing. I have to get some of these sets.
I still have mine. I have everything here except for the fire engine setup and the ambulance. My tractor is red.
