My butt dyno says the stock had a lot of low end but my rpm header absolutely screams up top with your stage two tuning and clutching. Matching your testing. Seeing that these CVT units run at the top rpm most of the time, I’d say the rpm is the ticket, especially combined with your cams.
Your butt dyno seems accurate to my testing. With cams or head with an ECU flash with extended rpm limit results might be better for the different headers
Thanks for this unbiased testing and very informative testing as well. What type of air intake are you running? Is it simulates to flow air like the OEM set-up on the car itself?
people really think that the aftermarket header will beat the OEM? i mean polaris engineers probably spent revision after revision to get it in the sweet spot for the pro star fury.
Companies are just getting in to much trouble nowadays for messing with emissions, they are really cracking down and it just ain't worth a man's business. In my experience a quality high flow cat Rob's very very little hp.

What about header testing on Bikeman Stage 4 kit?
I would like to see the Phoenix header on the dyno. Lots of people bragging about it.
Joey can you do the trinity exhaust.
Did Bike man stop making the center exhaust?

we have an air meter inline on the intake where the filter would normally be, so it is a little different than stock
Looks like solid information. I don't know what else needs to be tried. Tough decision if the gains are worth the expense. To each his own.

I do know that Polaris spent a lot of time on their header for power and thermodynamics so that it can withstand the severe heat and cooling cycles.
Do stock header hollowed cat no spark thingy
We do not modify CATs, that is one area we do not touch.

Stock header is best per polaris
Is there a reason you don't have bikemann in your channels name?
