    Thank you for your video. Keen to try out your technique. At the beginning you use a jelly. What jelly do you use? Just food/dessert jelly?

      Hello! I use instant jelly for desserts in a bag from the store. I take about half as much water as indicated on the package, so that the jelly after cooling is more solid and quickly solidifies.

    Hi - may I ask how you get your petals to set inside the jelly? I have tried but they keep floating up to the surface

      Hello! If the petal float, then I hold it for a few minutes inside the jelly with a cotton stick, until the jelly begins to thicken. To make the jelly thicken quickly, you need to take less water-about two or three times less than indicated on the package.
