Hello Darlington, for Tier 2, the minimum number of contribution years should typically mirror that of Tier 1 (since they are both mandatory). On early withdrawal, early withdrawal of benefits is only permitted if the contributor is unemployed at a minimum age of 50 or on grounds of total and permanent disability

After 4 years of contribution to tier.3 - if he (60 + years ) is leaving country, will it exempt from tax ????
