In this session of NAVA Talks AI, Kathrine Giles, Legal and Operations Manager at the Arts Law Centre of Australia, discussed copyright in the arts and the legalities of AI platforms' image scraping processes. She shared local and international applications of copyright law to AI, cases of copyright and moral rights infringement, as well as steps forward in advocating for artists and creators.
