There is often a 1 coach tfw 153 on the heart of Wales line and sometimes on the Cardiff- Coryton line and to Chester. But yeah I think TFW are the only operater left that has 1 coach trains

@@concofps the Crewe- Derby & beyond is mainly the new 170s but may be a couple of the 1 coach 153s but dunno about Peterborough to Lincoln route
