    Lovely soothing video with no music in the background. I am using AT to help with migraine. Background music - no matter how 'soothing' - can physically hurt if you have migraine with phonophobia. I did a course in AT years ago and will be using this video regularly to help renew my practice. Thank you.

    The sound level dropped to about 50% as I was listening ;/ Could not hear it as tried to relax.
