I love this song. There was a brief moment in k-pop when people were releasing pop punk songs and I was delighted. I'm actually watching this after watching some videos from Download and Sum 41 doing Still Waiting was the last video I watched 😂

IMO, there is definitely an influence from how much you like the artist. It's easy to listen to music and choose to like/not like it based on personal taste. However, the manipulation that is Kpop has taken music and made it personal, meaning they make you feel like you have a personal connection to the artist. You don't get that from American/European artists. How often do you get to communicate with an American/European artist? Never. How often do we hear from DC (IG, Weverse, Fromm, etc.)? Almost daily. I am surprised how high it made on the list, though.
I wonder, if you heard the new version of "Curse of the Spider", would it rank higher? I really like it.

Dami has top billing for lyrics, composition, and arrangement for the song. Of course with an assist from LEEZ and Kim Junghyuk who has worked with Le Sserafim. This is from the Wonderwall documentary about the making of the 7 solo songs. Subs are Spanish unfortunately unless you can read Spanish. ruclips.net/video/DTXfy742MlY/видео.html I don't think it's genre that makes a song good, but the composer.
