In terms of minutes on the pitch, Idah has played just under 9 full games and has averaged a goal every 86 minutes for Celtic. So his "numbers" are good. Oh's goals per minute is also pretty good BUT I think the big difference with Idah is that his goals have been massively important goals and he's also "Passed the eye test" with his performance vs Kilmarnock in particular. Oh hasn't really bossed SPFL defences the way Idah has at times. If the asking price is £6 million or thereabouts then I think we should get him signed up as I think he can improve quite a lot with us and in 2/3 years time he could be the next big money departure from Celtic

Idah and Bernardo are absolutely no brainers .. Do have concerns that Idahs work may not have gone unnoticed. Will Norwich want big bucks now and will there be pl suitors. I think Bernardo will go on to be world renowned 8 . Not the finished article yet but think he will be top class in the next year or two . If we don’t sign him think he may be a John mcginn what could have been scenario
I really like Bernardo. He works his socks off & has some improving to do, of course, if we sign him. But an experienced midfielder is where I'd like to see us upgrade on. Pleasently surprised by Idah. He has played a few games for a poor Ireland team & his finishing looked very poor any time he got a chance. Great at holding up the ball & he seems to be filling out now physically. I'm a bit undecided about him as of now, though in CL games we need that type of striker He hasn't shown himself as a striker who'll dribble past defenders & smash the ball in the net, but like Bernardo, he can grow as a player.

I agree with the pitch - when watching it with the old man, I was saying to him the pitch is green sand because it looks like the players are trying to run but they are acting as if they are stuck in soft sand. Made for a bad watch and seem to impact our players more, mainly because we tried to play the way Rodgers instructs because in the end almost our entire 11 had one of their worst showings all season... but we still won which sums up this season perfectly. This was them trying their best and giving everything but they come up short... AGAIN! I am trying to curb my enthusiasm but I am really hoping the board really do let loose in the market so domestically when to comes to the next league run in, we are double digits clear.

A week before the Glarby at Celtic park I was at Windsor park to see our part-time cliftonville beat full-time Linfield in the Irish cup final. Then Celtic beat their blues brothers, at Celtic Park, seal the league title and then beat them in the cup. Belfast is partying too. What a time to be alive!!
Last Season was special under Ange but this season feels even more special. To see Rodgers come back, go unbeaten against sevco and prove all the haters wrong and win the double. Hopefully the board back Rodgers With A New Centre Back Left Back Idah and Bernardo on Permanents and we can finally bury sevco and Voldamoor once and for all next season.

Love the podcast lads. Surprised you didn’t talk about the kyogo penalty more, for me that was the biggest ref mistake of the entire game and it was barely mentioned by commentators or media. Kyogo has both legs taken away from him, from behind, from a lunging defender who doesn’t touch the ball whatsoever. It’s an absolute stone wall penalty, more so than the hand ball. I thought I was missing something it was such a clear penalty and nothing was mentioned. I can’t understand how that didn’t go to VAR, and if it did how was the ref not told to look. I’d love to know the conversation in the background around this one ‘ok, we can see the rangers defender doesn’t touch the ball at all, he comes in from behind and kicks both of the attackers legs away from him making the attacker fall .. so play on and ignore brother’
