I started watching when you had around 750 subscribers and wow look at you now. This rug is gorgeous and will look stunning in someone's home. Best part it is not sitting in a landfill waiting to decompose in about 50 years. You sir rock!

Can I make a suggestion- if you had a customer who was willing, would you consider filming the initial conversation with them (“this was my grandma’s, and there was a flood” etc) and then afterwards seeing the cleaned rug? No one can tell me you aren't the best at what you do!! Simply amazing!! Genius...genius move with the plastic underneath. It let the dirt leave the rug instead of soaking into it. Do you think that helped with the final rinse? It was so clear you didn't have to do another one!! P.S- I watched it her and on FB and I didn't see the burn mark. 😄

I love the grid underneath!! Makes the powerwashing feel even more satisfying since less dirt seems like it would get re-absorbed in the carpet.
