If there's one instrument that's destined to cover this song it would be the harp, and you play it beautifully. Awesome.
This is how the song was meant to sound. This is utter beauty. Nearly crying.
This song is so simple and repetitive, yet so beautiful and kind of like a pendulum swing that hypnotises you to prepare your immersion into this other universe. Of course, the harp is the perfect instrument to bring about this effect and you captured it with grace, skill and beauty.
I don't cry easily but when I heard the first notes I was mooved.... Thank you so much ofr bringing back old memories of mine

Hello!! your harp sounds so beautiful and you're a fantastic musician. I play the violin and was thinking: how difficult was/is it for you to remember which note is which string (even with the colour coding)? It took me a while on violin to memorise every position on the fingerboard across all 4 strings. I can remember it took me a good while to memorise every position on violin by heart without any markings to guide me.
+JP hey there! Luckily it's not hard to memorize where notes are on harp because every string is distinct and very visible, like on piano. Red strings are C (do) and black strings are F (fa). Memorizing note positions on violin is much harder. I actually played viola in middle and high school and it took me some time to memorize the finger positions.

What are the time and key signatures for this? I really want to learn it. Also, great job! It sounds gorgeous and looks like it was fun!
The whole song is in 4/4 time and the key signatures are C, Am, C, Am, F, G, Eb major?? (7th chord that starts on Ab), Bb major?? (also 7th chords but starts on Bb). Hopefully this is an alright explanation! If not, there should be piano sheet music out there you can use for reference :)

What is the max minimum # of Strings you need on a harp to play this?
For this arrangement, I use 33 strings (low F to high C)
@@harpsona is it possible to play the prelude on a normal harp? Or is pedal harp a must?
It can work with a lever harp but some adjustments would need to be made for sure
@@harpsona okay. Finally, would I be adjusting the levers while playing the prelude, or would I set the levers once before I start playing and that's it?
You would need to adjust while playing, particular for the last half
