Steering thru corners is a workout but a good one at that, as long as you don’t press the limits. You do lean a bit but that’s more instinctual and a bit of physics also. We love our Freewheeler and are just getting it out for our season. The Freewheeler is the most sporty out of the 3, and the RG3 is a Freewheeler with the shark nose faring. The Tri Glide is a long distance hauler for sure.

I ride a tri glide and one other important thing , if anything is in the road one of the three wheels will definitely hit it . 😂

Saying you've driven both the Can Am's and this trike, which one would you say is easier? I've also gone through cancer, toe amputation and a lttle issue with balance, but I also found that the Rker 900 Sport is an affordable,fun bike to ride.
@@MrN1NNO I would honestly say a Can-Am is a bit easier to steer through corners than a traditional trike like this. A friend of ours owns a Ryker, and loves it.
It seems like you lean your body in the curves. When you mentioned pulling and pushing on the handlebars, you don't really need to pull AND push.Just push on the bar on the opposite side of your intended turn. Left turn, push right grip. Right turn, push clutch side. The hand that's not pushing is just going along for the ride.
Good observation. I was actually not so much leaning into the corners on it, as I was pulling the inside grip and pushing the outside grip in each curve. Maybe I was taking the corners faster than I needed to, but being my first time riding a true trike, I found myself feeling the need to steer like that.
Slowing the pace a bit, made left-right steering simpler like you described.
For a first time rider you did a good job. I only commented to maybe help educate others who are learning these bikes.
