Have to say Sir Ian Mckellen nailed this part playing Lionel Hipkis/Mel Hutchwright, he was worth watching.
I think he also proved what terrific actors the older cast members were
What an amazing character played by a phenomenal actor.The performance from the rest of the cast was also sensational!! 🙂

He didn't trust him at all...but mel was such a snake it really was great to watch!!!
It's kinda unrealistic how it's just Ken who immediately doesn't trust him. I'd have thought Rita, Emily, Fred and Roy would've quickly become suspicious of him
People fell for that 😂
