    Aw, C'mon. Are you really being honest? Everybody already knows the weather is harsh in eastern SD. Now... You call that place a community, and it likely IS, but the layout doesn't even rate as mid-20th-Century, let alone comply with 21st Century standards. WHERE ARE THE SIDEWALKS? Super wide blacktop, and no sidewalks. Solar panels? Utilities, and costs? Looks utterly non-walkable, and hostile to any vehicles except "full sized." Your kids will have to be taxied by a parent, everywhere.

      You won't be using a side walk extreme subzero temps... I LOVE THE COLD... I'm the only South Dakotan I know that loves harsh COLD weather. I'd be in Anchorage if it wasn't so expensive and extremely dependent on shipping. ...
