I would replace both wheel cylinders if one is bad and maybe some new seals for the hubs. I hope you have a fan or something for working in the heat.

I hate the way Ferd put the brake lever right over the top of the wheel cylinder on the old trucks. My 72 Camper Special was the same way.

You are going to need to replace the brake shoes since brake fluid has gotten on them along with both rear cylinders

If you pull back the dust boots of the wheel cyl from its main body and it drips out, its a bad wheel cyl. There should be no fluid behind those boots. There are rubber cups in the middle and chances are they have failed if there is fluid in the outer area near the dust boots.
Now.... as lame as parts stores are nowadays, some might still carry the little cups themselves. NAPA use to and does with some sizes. You can blow it apart, get you a wheel cyl hone and give it a quick hone job and install new cups. Probably A-ok after that. Probably not the cheaper route if you have to buy the hone, but faster then waiting on parts provided you find cups in stock. Or maybe I'm just old school and try to avoid china garbage in my truck.. lol FUN Stuff!!!! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM BABY
